Morning's the Best Time to Spot These Creatures

Yes. Morning is usually the best time to go hunting in search of these insects. Birds too. A lot of birds like Drongos (3 different types!), Rufous Treepies, Woodpeckers and Herons are more often and commonly seen in the morning. But since I couldn't photograph them, I took it to the smaller critters that I could shoot.

This ant was resting on a vine... But I didn't wanna check out those big jaws... And then there was a pair of orange beetles having a time of a lifetime together.

-
A tiny Ant-Mantis, a black one. Probably a hatchling as it was less than 1cm.

-
A grasshopper basks on the rocks.

And... could you guess what this is? It's hiding under a grass leaf in the early morning. Well, it is the same cicada-like moth that I had posted earlier. It has been identified as a species of hopper. It could be a Leafhopper, Planthopper or Treehopper. Thanks to AK for the ID.
